Mr. Kapoor has more than forty two years of experience in various information technologies field, including marketing, software development, corporate planning, general management, and hardware manufacturing and distribution. An engineering graduate and computer science postgraduate from IIT Delhi, he holds leadership roles in several prestigious organizations in India and Singapore. He is the founder of Valona group of companies in Singapore.
Satyendra Johari

Electrical & Electronics Engineer from BITS Pilani, Holding Master’s Degree in Finance from West Coast University. Taught Electronics and Developed Loud Speakers using acoustic knowledge; developed Hearing aids to which he holds the IP’s. His mission is to achieve manufacturing excellence to produce state-of-the-Art medical devices with Zero defects and Zero effects to the society, through a continuously improving system. Laid solid foundation of electro-medical manufacturing in the remote town of Rajasthan, Jodhpur in 1979, starting in a garage and now converted it to a 45,000 + sqft facility, which is audited and certified by US FDA for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Under his guidance, the company has several FDA 510(k) products, IP’s, CE and UL

It is through her vision and passion that Johari Digital grew from a small town company to its current multi-national stature. She is credited with successfully introducing many unique therapies and medical products as a first to the market. She has been awarded with the title of “Best Women Entrepreneur” in 2010 by BPCL. She is science graduate from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.
